Dominique Vacher, fondateur de           _cc781905-    20 years of management experience in the field, was HR Director of an establishment with 2,000 employees, andTo enriched for more than 14 years its expertisein the field of health and safety at work in a large French energy group.

He formalized part of his expertise in his book "Companies, stop managing OHS" published in June 2017 by Arnaud Franel editions. 

He now supports companies of all sizes and in all sectors.

Associate Professor at the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (Cnam)in the health and safety chair, he was responsible for both technical and managerial teaching units. As such, he was a member of the Steering Committee of the Francophone Network for Occupational Health Training (RFFST). He also transmits his experience and his convictions   to Sciences Po, Sup de CO, and other prestigious schools and places for sharing skills.

As part of all of its responsibilities, it:

 

-is a member of the electricity section of the ISSA (International Social Security Association) of which he was Vice President for several years

- chaired for more than 10 years the health and safety working group of the European Center of Public Enterprises (CEEP: social partner of the European Commission), being a member of that of Business Europe (social partner of the European Commission representing private employers ), and has therefore acquired a European vision of OSH.

- led until 2021 in France the Exchange Group of Inter-company OSH (GEPI) which brings together OSH from more than 100 major French and foreign companies. As such, he is a member of the Steering Committee of the RFFST.

- has contributed for many years to the work of the French Association for Standardization (AFNOR), particularly in the field of Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility and the related management principles and practices, but also risk assessment procedures.

The field of his last activities led him to be co-author of the FAR RS method for taking sustainable development into account for companies, particularly very small and medium-sized ones, within the framework of the Institut Qualité du Management: at In this capacity, he has contributed, with the support of the Ministry of Industry, to the training of more than 120 French consultants in this method.

He is an authorized expert in the Prevention of Occupational Risks in the technical and organizational fields.
